Retire at ERGON House is a charming rooftop bar located above one of Athens’ most beloved dining spots. This was personally one of my favorite Athens rooftop bars! Here you can enjoy incredible views of the Acropolis, and I highly recommend you come at sunset to see the spectacular golden hour. Be sure to arrive early so you can snag the best tables.
Further, be sure to dine at the restaurant at the hotel which has farm-to-table cuisine and delicious cocktails you must try as well.

The rooftop garden is the perfect spot to enjoy cocktails during the summer, which you can pair with their unique Mediterranean-inspired dishes. I was obsessed with their watermelon cocktail.

Although this rooftop doesn’t have Acropolis views, you can expect to see another side of Athens that is also beautiful. With minimalist decor and dim lighting, you’ll feel very calm and cozy while enjoying a great time. This is one of my recommendations for a romantic night or quiet evening with friends.
You do have to venture outside of the city center, but it’s totally worth it to see something different in Athens!
